DevLift provides AI development, consulting, and digital technology services including but not limited to:
- Custom AI development and machine learning solutions
- Voice AI agent design, development, and deployment
- AI-powered automation and workflow optimization
- AI chatbot development and integration
- AI consulting and strategy advisory
- AI integration with existing systems and platforms
- SEO and AI-powered marketing services
- Web development and application design
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between you and DevLift. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You may not:
- Use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or any connected system.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the website without our express written permission.

Client Work Product
Ownership of work product created during client engagements is governed by the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Custom code, models, and deliverables developed specifically for a client are assigned to the client upon full payment.
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies owned by DevLift remain our property, with the client receiving a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them as part of the delivered solution.
- Open-source components included in any deliverable remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, data, financial information, and any other information designated as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of two (2) years.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- DevLift provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- In no event shall DevLift, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DevLift in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
